We are looking for you to join our tech team in Berlin, Munich, or Hamburg. 1KOMMA5° is creating Germany's largest one-stop shop for the sale, installation, and servicing of home electrification, including heat pumps, solar panels, electricity solutions, and EV charging infrastructure. Your mission

• Supporting the rollout team in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of B2B software rollouts at our national and international branches
• Analyzing the adoption of B2B software at our branches with quantitative and qualitative research
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and enable them to use our B2B system landscape efficiently
• Preparing and developing training and formats to support smooth software rollouts across our 1K5° branches
• Preparing meetings, slide decks, and data migrations (data mapping, data cleansing)

Your profile

• You are enrolled at a university and contribute 20 hours per week
• You are studying Business Administration, Computer Science or a comparable course of studies
• You are experienced in Microsoft office applications, especially Excel and have preferably already worked with Google, Miro and/or Notion
• You are capable of effective communication skills to interact with internal teams and stakeholders
• You bring a proactive attitude and don't forget to have fun at work and within your team
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
