About the Role
Ampd Energy is growing and seeking a Sales Admin Intern to join its HK sales team. Ampd’s Enertainer provides a new way for the construction industry to power its growth, vastly reducing emissions and providing a high level of data transparency. You will be responsible for supporting our HK sales team. The work is varied and includes managing business accounts, rental fleet management, preparing reports for internal and external, and learning to use practical business tools like CRM and ERP.

Responsibilities

  • Actively support the expansion of Hong Kong's rental business.
  • Consolidate data and prepare comprehensive reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide daily operational support to the Hong Kong Business Development (BD) team.
  • Prepare essential sales documents, including quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
  • Accurately input data into CRM and ERP systems.
  • Assist with various ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated strong interest in the green construction industry and sustainable technologies.
  • Highly detail-oriented, exceptionally well-organized, and a proactive self-starter.
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar).
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and/or rental fleet management software (e.g., Onrent) is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
  • Possesses a strong eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
