About the role

As an Operations Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting our internal admin projects and ensuring our operations run smoothly. This role involves managing day-to-day tasks, optimizing processes, and assisting with a variety of internal initiatives to help our team stay on track and achieve our goals. This role reports to the People Operations Manager.

What you'll do

  • Assist with project management by coordinating and tracking internal projects, ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Help plan and execute company events, meetings, and team-building activities.

  • Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records.

  • Support basic financial tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.

  • Provide daily administrative support, including scheduling meetings and organizing company documents.

  • Maintain and update company databases to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Identify and implement improvements to internal processes to boost efficiency and productivity.

  • Take on various ad hoc projects as needed to support overall operations.

Required qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • A proactive approach with a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred candidates have one or more of the following qualifications
  • Experience in operations, administration, or a similar role, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred.

  • A bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience.

The pay range for this role is:

$60,000 - $70,000 USD per year (Loveland, CO)
