Position Summary
Blue Frontier is seeking an experienced Southeast Service Manager to lead regional factory service operations and build a high-performing third-party service network. This role is central to delivering a best-in-industry customer experience and requires a hands-on leader who can operate independently, set high standards, and drive consistent service performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage Blue Frontier’s Southeast factory service operations with minimal day-to-day supervision
• Champion a customer-first service culture focused on responsiveness, quality, and accountability
• Design, implement, and manage a regional third-party service provider program
• Oversee service dispatch, issue tracking, and resolution using Salesforce Service Cloud and XOi
• Train, coach, and motivate factory service technicians to meet defined service standards
• Act as escalation point for complex or critical customer service issues
• Track service KPIs, generate performance reports, and manage regional service budgets

Qualifications
• 10+ years of HVAC service leadership experience, preferably in an OEM or factory service environment
• Proven experience building and managing regional service teams and partner networks
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and XOi
• Deep understanding of service dispatch operations and field issue resolution
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to operate autonomously while aligning with executive-level guidance

Preferred Experience
• OEM factory training background
• Experience supporting advanced HVAC or emerging technologies
• Multi-state or regional service responsibility
