Normative is now looking for a Senior Brand Designer who will be responsible for executing the design processes, working with and proactively optimizing the Normative brand across the organization's touchpoints, platforms, tools, and teams. This role will report to the Marketing Content Manager and be based in Copenhagen.

Our Marketing team tells the world about the sustainability intelligence that’s needed for businesses to reach net zero. You will report to the Marketing Content Manager, and collaborate closely with teams across the organization, to ensure consistency, quality, and effectiveness in our content efforts.

What you will do at Normative to aid the transition towards net zero emissions:

• Lead on digital/web design using in-depth understanding of UI/UX to create and manage new assets for the website/Normative’s digital channels (focused on marketing-led design, not product)

• Continuously optimize web pages to boost conversion

• Execute daily design tasks from creating web pages to white papers, to infographics, slide decks, email templates, booth design and more

• Own the design process and support manager/team in prioritization and delegation

• Take responsibility for proactively optimizing the Normative brand across the organization's touchpoints, platforms, tools, and teams

• Ability to complete design projects with precision, accuracy and originality

• Extend and reimagine visual brand guidelines

• Use data to inform design decisions, using tools like HotJar

• Help foster an internal culture of seeking out and delivering relevant feedback

• End-to-end ownership for specific areas/projects involving collaboration with others

• Tools: Comprehensive knowledge and skillset in design software, such as Figma.

• Clear understanding of how design can enhance the buyer journey and make a positive commercial impact

• A leading performer who prefers to manage projects over managing people

• Help drive ideas within their team to improve cross-functional collaboration

Experience we’re seeking:

• Minimum of 4-5 years experience ideally with a SaaS/ agency/marketing background

• In-depth understanding of UI/UX for web design, including the visual hierarchy of landing pages

• In-depth understanding of design principles

• Advanced knowledge of brand strategy

• Proven expertise in developing and executing brand strategy aligned with and enhancing the company's overall objectives and goals.

• Someone who keeps themselves updated with the latest trends and industry standards

Nice to have:

• Ability to identify misalignment across large scopes of work involving multiple clients or stakeholders, and ensures that they're smoothed out in advance

• Experience with illustrations

• Coach others to upskill design capabilities

About Normative

Normative is accelerating the transition to a net zero world. We provide science-based carbon accounting software and tailored advice from net zero experts, enabling companies to reduce their carbon footprints.

Location

We operate on a hybrid remote model with offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen or London. We believe that you are based in the greater Copenhagen region and can be in the Copenhagen office a couple of days a week, with the possibility to work remotely when it is more suitable for you and your work schedule.
