At Normative, we're on a mission to accelerate the transition to a net-zero world. We provide science-based carbon accounting software and tailored advice from net-zero experts, empowering companies to reduce their carbon footprints.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our growing team. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and services. You will be responsible for leading the product development process for one of our product areas from ideation to launch, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers and help them achieve their sustainability goals.

What you will do

As a Product Manager, your impact will be felt across the entire product development lifecycle, from understanding the customer needs to bringing a product to life. You will embrace full ownership and accountability for the success of one of our product areas, driving growth and impact by combining your business acumen, with a passion for technology to identify, define, and solve user challenges.

In addition, you will:

• be a savvy problem solver with the ability to think on your feet and pivot as needed to get things done

• lead the team through discovery and delivery processes, always ensuring that we are working on the most impactful things with a healthy mix between short term value and steps towards our long term goals

• collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, from engineering and design to marketing and sales, ensuring that our products seamlessly integrate into our customers' workflows

• proactively identify metrics to track and measure customer and business outcomes

• enjoy working with data in order to inform decision making & use insights to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous innovation for product success.

• champion your product with enthusiasm presenting it effectively to both internal and external stakeholders and measuring success against key metrics.

Experience we’re seeking

To be successful in this role you:

• bring extensive Product Management experience, demonstrating a proven track record of leading successful product launches preferably within a SaaS and scaleup environment.

• thrive in a fast-paced environment with a lot of unknowns whilst taking ownership & accountability of finding & delivering the most effective solutions for our customers

• are an excellent communicator and able to easily explain complex topics in different setups - from internal meetings and documents to customer and partner interactions

• are curious & eager to learn “where the puck is going” around sustainability and keeping up with the latest trends and developments in this space

We also believe you

• Are comfortable operating in an agile development environment, ensuring that our product development process is efficient and adaptable and giving you the ability to navigate the fast-paced product development cycle with ease

• Experience and/or knowledge of sustainability, supply chains and procurement is beneficial

Location

Normative operates on a hybrid remote model with offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, and London. For this role, you will be hired into our wonderful HQ in Stockholm.

At this time we are not able to offer relocation or VISA support for this position.
