The Role: 

The Talent & Operations Adminstration Specialist role  provides a comprehensive range of administration and business support services  for the OpenSolar organisation. The role is focused on providing support in the areas of human resources, finance, reporting and strategic coordination.

This role is ideal for a graduate entering the workforce, who is looking to gain experience along side a collaborative Talent and Operations team. The role is a full-time remote role based in the Philippines.

What you’ll be doing: 

HR Administration:

  • Supporting the implementation and compliance to organisational policies 
  • Assisting in the administration of performance management processes
  • Approve leave requests and manage leave tracking
  • Provide general recruitment administration and coordination support
  • Provide administrative support to onboarding new employees 
  • Provide general administrative support such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR-related documents, and assisting with HR-related projects as assigned.

Operations: 

  • Complete end of month reporting for a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Collect organisational data for input into the reporting cycle
  • Co-ordinate the organisation’s  yearly calendar with key events 
  • Co-ordinate the content for monthly town hall sessions
  • Approve expense reports
  • Support the Global Head of Talent & Operations in diary management, organising and scheduling meetings, prepare agendas and organise Board briefing papers and coordinate presentation materials
  • Undertake a range of administration tasks in the areas of financial administration, HR administration, office management and reporting.

What you’ll need: 

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure with meticulous attention to detail and within time constraints
  • Experienced in document control, data entry, reporting and digital filing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Great attention to detail, and process-oriented mindset;
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills;
  • Proactive, with a learning attitude.
