Vammo
About Vammo
Vammo is building an accessible, resilient, and scalable clean energy network for emerging megacities, starting in Latin America. By combining electric motorcycle subscriptions with a rapidly expanding battery swap infrastructure, we make clean transportation affordable and reliable for the millions who keep cities moving.
Founded in 2022 and headquartered in São Paulo, Vammo has raised $100M from top-tier investors across the globe. Our founders and team represent an incredibly diverse and international group that is built of former executives coming from Tesla, Uber, Rappi, iFood, Loggi, Niu, Jump and others. We are all deeply motivated by the mission to decarbonize Latin America while simultaneously reducing costs for one of the region’s most vulnerable populations.
The next wave of mobility innovation will come not from San Francisco, but from São Paulo. Our operations will soon expand from Sao Paulo to cities across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia, proving that real climate impact and transformative business models can be built first where the need is greatest.
Vammo is hiring a highly operational, execution-oriented Partnership Operations Manager to own the day-to-day success and long-term performance of our most critical partnerships - especially with app-based mobility, delivery, and logistics platforms.
This role sits at the intersection of partnership management, operations, data, and commercial execution. You will be responsible for ensuring that partnerships don’t just get signed, but actually work: onboarding flows run smoothly, performance is tracked and improved, issues are resolved quickly, and both sides see clear value.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Operations, Data, Product, and Finance, and be expected to roll up your sleeves — analyzing data, building processes, coordinating teams, and acting as the internal owner for each partnership. While the role will also support some external stakeholder and policy engagement (cities, states, local actors), the core focus is operational partnership execution at scale.
This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone with 5–8 years of experience who wants real ownership and impact without managing a large team.
You will be based in São Paulo, report into Vammo’s Head of Marketing, and have ample exposure to executives and founders.

- Build and maintain simple, reliable dashboards and reporting to support internal decision-making and external partner updates.
- Use data to identify opportunities for optimization, expansion, or corrective action within partnerships.

- Help maintain a consistent, professional external presence with public and institutional partners.

- Partnerships or business operations at a high-growth startup
- Operations, project management, or commercial roles in mobility, logistics, or platform businesses
- Consulting or strategy roles with meaningful execution responsibility
- Proven ability to own projects end-to-end and drive outcomes across multiple teams.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple partnerships and priorities.
- Strong communicator - able to work effectively with both external partners and internal operators.
- Hands-on mindset: willing to dig into operational details, not just manage from the surface.
- Professional level English; Spanish a plus.
- Based in São Paulo, with some domestic travel as needed.
- Strong alignment with Vammo’s mission and values.
- A front-row seat at one of Latin America’s most ambitious hardware and climate tech startups, backed by world-class investors.
- A mission-driven environment where every decision contributes to decarbonizing mobility and empowering low-income workers.
- Exposure to all areas of the business — you’ll work directly with the founders and leadership team on company-defining decisions.
- Freedom to take on as much responsibility as you can handle — and grow faster than anywhere else.
- A role with real operational impact — where your work directly affects utilization, revenue, and customer experience.
- Competitive compensation and equity package.
- Health insurance and benefits.
- A fast-paced, execution-driven environment focused on building real infrastructure in the real world.
