About the Role:
As a Manufacturing Quality and Aftersales Specialist, you will play a vital role in our commitment to implementing best practices in quality control. This position is dedicated to ensuring the highest quality standards in our products through collaboration with suppliers, monitoring quality processes, and enhancing our aftersales services. Your contributions will not only enhance our products and services but also strengthen positive relationships with our customers.Job Description:
- Collaborate with suppliers to establish clear quality expectations and standards for components and materials.
- Evaluate suppliers reports to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor the quality processes for incoming materials, documenting and analyzing relevant data and processes.
- Manage warranty processes with suppliers, including the preparation and submission of technical reports, claims, and supporting documentation.
- Create detailed reports on product quality metrics and supplier performance, identifying trends and opportunities for enhancement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to communicate findings and recommend actions that improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
Hard Skills:
- Experience in quality assurance, supplier management, or a related field within manufacturing or the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and reporting tools that facilitate effective data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to assess product performance and identify recurring quality issues.
- Advanced English proficiency for effective drafting and communication.
